The luggage guide for the E-Class, S-Class and Range Rover is two suitcases and two carry bags, subject to bag size. For a V-Class booking, agree the luggage requirement alongside the seating arrangement. Mention pushchairs, mobility equipment or other bulky items before confirming the vehicle.

Airport chauffeur transfers
Send your flight number, terminal and destination when you enquire. We monitor arrivals and offer a meet-and-greet service, with help taking your luggage to the car. Check your confirmation for the meeting point and chauffeur’s contact details.
Corporate and executive travel
For a roadshow, share the meeting addresses in order and the time needed at each stop. We arrange executive travel, airport collections and corporate accounts, including bookings made by assistants for colleagues and clients. Tell us who should receive passenger updates if you are overseeing the day from the office.
Hourly and full-day chauffeur hire
When your day includes gaps between meetings, hourly hire keeps the chauffeur available for the booked period. Use the car “as directed” for property viewings, appointments or a day out, with stops and waiting covered by the agreed hire terms.
Private aviation transfers
Private aviation bookings need the airfield, aircraft registration and handling agent or fixed-base operator (FBO). These details help us identify the correct terminal and coordinate collection. Tell us where you need to go after landing and whether you will need the chauffeur beyond the transfer.
Events and private occasions
The return journey deserves as much thought as the arrival. For Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Silverstone or a private celebration, choose a timed return collection or retain the chauffeur during the event. We discuss where you can be collected, taking the venue’s access restrictions into account.
VIP chauffeur services
If an assistant or representative is handling your visit, tell us who should receive the chauffeur’s details and itinerary. We discuss preferred collection points, privacy requirements and travel over several days before you book.

Start with anything already booked: flights, hotel nights, theatre tickets or a meeting you cannot move. We use those timings to build the driving itinerary and discuss what you would like us to help arrange.
If your flight lands before hotel check-in, you may want to ask about leaving luggage at the hotel. If you have theatre tickets, tell us whether you would prefer dinner before or after the performance. These choices affect the times for the car and any restaurant request.
Our concierge team can contact restaurants on your behalf and coordinate hotel arrivals. Tell us the party size, preferred dining time and any dietary requirements. A restaurant reservation is confirmed only once the venue accepts it.
You receive the itinerary in writing, with one contact for changes. The scope and cost of concierge support are discussed with your enquiry.

London chauffeur booking questions
Platinum Connections’ hourly hire starts at £66 including VAT for a Mercedes-Benz E-Class. The four-hour minimum makes the starting hire £264 before applicable additional charges. Airport and other transfers are quoted separately according to the journey and vehicle.
A transfer covers a journey between agreed locations. Hourly hire reserves a chauffeur for a booked period, including time between stops. If you expect several appointments or waiting during an event, ask for an hourly quote. Extra time or mileage may affect the final charge.
Follow the meeting instructions supplied for your booking and use the chauffeur contact number if you need assistance. For a booked meet-and-greet, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed arrivals location and helps with your luggage.
We monitor flight arrivals using the information supplied when you book. Let the team know if your flight number, arrival airport or travel date changes. The waiting allowance and any additional waiting charges depend on your booking conditions.
Yes. Provide both the booking contact’s details and the passenger’s name and telephone number. Tell us who should receive journey updates, particularly when an assistant is arranging several arrivals.
