What Happens When I Book?

You will receive a confirmation email consisting of your booking details. We then can make the necessary preparations based on the booking details you have provided. Your driver’s details will be shared via email within 24 hours after your booking.

How Can I Find My Driver?

An email will be sent 24 hours before your booking day. The email will include all the details about your driver,vehicle and your journey.

How Long Will It Take to Reach My Destination?

Our chauffeurs are experienced and have understanding of routes in and around London. They can estimate the travel time once you are on board. These times may vary depending on the time of the day, road closures or diversions, volumes of traffic and local festivities.

How Much Luggage Can I Take?

Luggage capacity varies according to the fleet/vehicle option selected whilst booking. You may find these details on the fleet details page. You must inform us about your luggage at the time of booking. If you don’t notify us, we might have to arrange for additional transportation to handle the extra luggage, which would result in additional charges.

Can I Make Any Changes To My Booking, Or Cancel My Booking?

You can cancel or modify your reservation up to a certain time before your scheduled pickup. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.

Cancellation can be done only 24 hours prior to your reservation.

How Can I Get My Money Back When I Cancel My Booking?

As per our cancellation policy, reservations will be automatically refunded within 7–14 days from the date of cancellation.
